HIIT Classes

APT Training Studios offers weekday “High-Intensity Interval Training” small group classes.

No two classes are the same. You can expect something new and exciting every class. HIIT workouts are usually considered both strength training and cardio workouts. They often include cardio like jumping jacks and strength training like squats or lifting weights.

Our classes are great for weight loss and strength building and are great for both beginners and experts.
