Join us for our FREE Mommy & Me Series happening Saturday’s for moms of all stages….expecting, new & seasoned!

Aug 24th from 11am-12:15pm.
*Support Group & Postpartum Core Recovery
All classes are 35 minutes in length & will be led by Certified Personal Trainer, Certified Birth Doula & fellow Mom, Coach T!

- Support Group:
Moms of all stages understand how important community is no matter if your expecting your 1st child or 10th! Join us as we create a safe space where expecting, new and seasoned moms can talk about the fun & difficult realities of motherhood.
- Postpartum Core Recovery:
Designed to educate & equip postpartum moms with safe core exercises to help regain strength & return to activities safely. *Must receive medical clearance prior to attending.
- Prenatal Labor Prep
Class will guide expecting moms, safely through key movements and exercises that will help support an active & smooth labor. Imagine an exercise, stretching and birth class all in one! *Ideal for expecting moms in their 3rd trimester.
