We work hard to create an environment you feel comfortable in: a place where you love to come and work out, and where you’re motivated to reach your personal fitness goals. All of our packages include a session personal training consultation.

A personal training consultation also allows you as the customer to get to know the personal trainer you will be working with, ask questions, and get comfortable in the fitness setting.  The consultation usually starts with introductions and a few questions between you and your trainer. This is where you can ask questions and outline your goals for your fitness sessions.

Once you have finished the initial stages of your consultation, you may spend some time in the fitness center. Your personal trainer may have you work on a few machines and gauge your fitness level. It is a good idea to wear comfortable workout clothing to your appointment for this reason.

They will ensure that you hit your goals. No matter if it weight lose, cardio health, mobility or strength training.

      We offer more than just personal training. Every month APT training studios offers unique fitness class at its studio. Our clients are more than welcomed to take these course outside of their personal training session. We are currently offering Yoga and plan to expand to Boxing, Kick boxing and much more !
