HOW WE TRAIN !

We train Strength, Agility, and Mobility.

Strength in an athlete is their ability to generate AND withstand the force their body produces throughout the fluid movement. The ability to create force but not withstand it means the athlete can not control the load under which they place their bodies, and it can result in injury.

Agility is an athlete’s ability to change directions as a response to an action. It is not cone drills, a ladder, or hurdles. Those things are just muscle memory, so you do not see a ladder on the grown at the NFL combine.

MOBILTY is one of the most critical things we must train. Mobility is our ability to move our bodies freely without restraint. It’s how far your body stretches without assistance. This is important when discussing injury prevention and an athlete’s load and capacity.

All these things are essential when training. We put our DBs and WRs in the best position to master these things as they develop throughout their careers.
